Tomorrow begins a new edition of Electrofest, the event for the purchase of technology items and household appliances with discounts of up to 40% and payment plans of up to 18 interest-free installments organized by the main retail chains in Argentina.
It will be the sixth edition of the event that will run until Wednesday, September 1 and which can be accessed both in person, online or by phone, to a wide variety of products that can be consulted at www.electrofest.com.ar.
There will be offers in categories such as LED TV, cell phones, air conditioners, computers and appliances, among others.
Emerged in 2019 as a joint proposal of the main domestic appliance sales chains in the country, this edition will have Cetrogar, Frávega, Musimundo, Megatone, Naldo and Pardo as participating companies.
“This new edition of the event finds us more prepared and with many offers available. It is an event to take advantage of both in branches and on our website and find offers in the main categories,” said Juan Manuel Almeida, Cetrogar’s Marketing Manager.

The first edition of 2021 took place in March of this year and registered increases of up to 120% in sales, with a marked growth in operations through the e-commerce channel.

The turnover from the sale of electronic products during the first quarter of 2021 was $ 59,247.1 million, which represents an increase of 97.4% compared to the same period of 2020, according to the latest survey of “Retail electrical appliances and articles for the home “of the Indec.
The items with the highest sales volume were “Cell phones”, with 525,094 units (+ 39.3%); “Small electrical appliances”, with 492,289 units (+ 7.6%); “Televisions”, with 246,532 units (+ 3.6%); “Fans”, with 226,091 units (-16.4%); “Air conditioning equipment”, with 148,960 units; and “Refrigerators with and without freezers”, with 116,951 units (-7.3%).
Behind it was followed by “Lavarropas”, with 95,387 units (+ 18.6%); “Printers and scanners”, with 80,428 units (+ 31.1%); “Water heaters and hot water tanks”, with 78,471 units (+ 19.4%); and “Computers (PC, notebook, all in one, etc)”, with 71,303 units (+ 57.6%). /Ambit
