The 2022 season of Brazilian skateboarding will open from Friday with the dispute of the STU National, in Criciúma, in the interior of Santa Catarina. With Rayssa Leal, Pâmela Rosa, Virginia Fortes Aguas, Gabi Mazetto, João Lucas Alves and Lucas Rabelo, in addition to Giovana Dias and Eduardo Neves, 2021 Brazilian amateur champions, and paraskate Felipe Nunes as the main stars, the weekend will be marked by street disputes. The park modality will take place next week.

At Park, Pedro Barros, Luiz Francisco (who will also run on Street), Pedro Quintas, Yndiara Asp, Dora Varella and Isadora Pacheco are in the list of names that also includes the Brazilian amateur champions of 2021, Raicca Ventura and Kalani Konig (who will also be on Street), in addition to Gui Khury.
With the seal of the Brazilian Skate Confederation (CBSk), the STU National dispute will be at Parque Municipal Prefeito Altair Guidi, one of the most modern tracks in the country.
The event has already started this Thursday (13) with official training in the Street modality, male and female categories; the finals will be played on Sunday (16). The Park modality (men and women) will have in the finals on the 23rd (Sunday).
In respect of the moment of the Covid-19 pandemic, the public will have to present the vaccination passport. The measure will also apply to athletes and the press.
