Sparkasse is adapting its online banking: Customers now have to adjust to this

Sparkasse customers can look forward to it. As the banking company has announced, the online banking offering will be heavily revised. You can already try this out now.

The Sparkasse wants to offer customers a new online banking service in the future. As the company reveals on its own website, the completely revised view should provide a better overview and intuitive operation. The design is still in a test phase. Customers can initially do this via a Try the demo and then – if you are interested – for the new one Register system.

At the moment, however, this only seems to be possible at selected Sparkasse branches. For example, the Sparkassen in Hanover, Taunus and Hanau are offering the new design. The soft launch of the new design will probably drag on until 2022. Only then will all branches be gradually brought into line.

First of all, the login for the Sparkasse’s online banking should work smoothly on the PC or smartphone. The navigation column on the left has also been adapted so that it can be used on multiple platforms and covers the most important areas of online banking. You can see your accounts in the main view and rearrange them using drag and drop. Accounts from other banks can also be inserted here and the account balance can be kept in view.

The new sales list then offers all account movements at a glance. The sales are sorted by day and the dealer logo quickly shows who is debiting or adding to your account. The controls have also been simplified for transfers. The option for standing orders can be found directly in the transfer mask.
