Here are some examples of preparations that you can make at home quickly and easily. Let’s start with a scrub: to prepare it just mix two tablespoons of pumpkin puree to which add another two of white yogurt and a teaspoon with brown sugar. After mixing it well, it is applied to the face and gently massaged. Then it is rinsed with warm water.

By a smoothing treatment suitable for all skin types, you can use a preparation containing 60 grams of pumpkin puree, one and a half tablespoons of honey, one and a half of brown sugar and 60 grams of white yogurt. The results will be those of a hydrated, smooth and relaxed skin.
