The variation of the type means that this fruit has a more or less watery and more or less tasty pulp. To be precise, they exist 500 varieties of pumpkin related to 15 species. But of these, only 5 are of the edible type.

From the table to the beauty: with the pumpkin you can create different masks “Do it yourself” capable of giving to the face hydration and freshness. Here are some examples of preparations that you can make at home quickly and easily. Let’s start with a scrub: to prepare it just mix two tablespoons of pumpkin puree to which add another two of white yogurt and a teaspoon with brown sugar. After mixing it well, it is applied to the face and gently massaged. Then it is rinsed with warm water.
By a smoothing treatment suitable for all skin types, you can use a preparation containing 60 grams of pumpkin puree, one and a half tablespoons of honey, one and a half of brown sugar and 60 grams of white yogurt. The results will be those of a hydrated, smooth and relaxed skin.
