Chris Rock speaks for the first time about the slap Will Smith gave him at the Oscars: "I’m fine"

The comedian referred for the first time to the aggression he experienced at the Oscar Awards and did it as promised, “when they paid him for it”, for which he joked about the fact in his Stand Up show held in the United Kingdom.

Although It’s been more than two months since Will Smith slapped him at the Oscars. and later he promised not to talk about it unless he was paid for itChris Rock first referred to the moment.

True to his style and as he assured him, he did it in the middle of his Stand-Up show at the Royal Albert Hall of the United Kingdom.

“I’m fine, in case anyone asks”he began by saying, “I have regained most of my hearing”he said generating laughter and making clear reference to the slap that the actor gave him.

Recently, Rock shared the stage with the comedian Dave Chappellewho – coincidentally – he was also assaulted in the middle of his show.

Specifically, Chappelle was shot down by an aide who was seeking attention to bring justice for his grandmother who was evicted from her home.

After the attack, Rock went on stage and joked again about the moment lived at the Oscars saying: “Was that Will Smith?”.

It should be remembered that after the attack the actor quit the academy and this prohibited him from attending its ceremonies for 10 years, however, he can still be nominated.
