“Tourism is always closely linked to commerce. The businesses worked very well on Friday, the day that had the rank of a national holiday bridge. The same thing happened on Saturday. Today, Monday, the activity is much less. But undoubtedly this extra-long weekend had a positive impact on commerce, ”stressed the representative of the SMEs of Rosario.
In that sense, Diab added: “These days they left us with a very good feeling and possibilities understanding that Rosario became a place chosen by touristss. Sales have been very good and now we are starting the week before Mother’s Day ”.
“This week Billetera Santa Fe will work all week with refunds for businesses linked to this holiday, as we discussed with the Secretary of Commerce of the province. We have the best expectations with our eyes set on that date, which is very important to us, ”added Diab.
Santa Fe and Mother’s Day wallet
Last week the fourth stage of the Santa Fe Wallet Program came into effect and will run until December 31, according to the announcement made on that occasion by the provincial government. It will maintain the current conditions and the same refund limits, but on the occasion of Mother’s Day, it will expand the benefits throughout the week that begins this Monday 11 and will culminate on Sunday through October 17 in the items clothing, leather goods, gifts and perfumery.
The program currently has 25 thousand affiliated businesses, 1.1 million registered users in 300 towns in the province. Only those populations with fewer inhabitants, generally more rural, and with little connectivity do not have access to it.
