To advance this purpose, “the Ministry of Culture has been carrying out reactivation work and most festivals are returning to the face-to-face mode. Additionally, processes are being carried out that allow the protection of cultural heritage ”, he added.
For her part, the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, María Ximena Lombana Villalba, added that “in Colombia tourism is a great generator of opportunities to value the cultural richness of the territories and promote the authenticity of heritage. The benefits of tourism also maximize business productivity, territorial equity and the quality of life of the host communities ”.
