“Thank you, Teachers and Teachers for leaving an indelible mark on every girl and boy who passes through the classrooms. Happy day!”Alberto Fernández wrote on his Twitter account, when celebrating Teacher’s Day in tribute to former president and educator Domingo Faustino Sarmiento.
In this context, Fernández wrote: “At this time, those who have the vocation to teach are an example of improvement. They have been able, in the face of all adversity, to continue sowing knowledge ”.
For his part, the Minister of Education, Nicolás Trotta, wrote on his Twitter account: “Happy day, teachers and teachers. Today we want to thank them for the enormous effort they have made to sustain education in times of pandemic and, also, to guarantee a safe return to schools ”.
Meanwhile, the former Minister of Education and Secretary of the Malvinas, Daniel Filmus, also sent his greetings to “the teachers who, even in times as difficult as the ones we are going through, educate with courage and love” and recalled that today they are also 100 years of the birth of the Brazilian educator Paulo Freire.
