Invite students to propose innovative ideas to improve their communities

Challenge Banco Patagonia is an educational program and national contest aimed at teachers and young people from the last three years of secondary schools. It includes ideation workshops, training bootcamp for the finalist teams and a final online event.

The call is open until October 3 and participation is free, entering There the teams can register for the ideation workshops in which, through agile methodologies, they will solve slogans that lead them to generate ideas or innovative projects to improve their communities.

The proposal is that the ideas revolve around 6 themes: education, employability and new technologies, post-pandemic life, inclusion and financial education, and caring for the environment..

“Through this innovative initiative we seek to encourage students to observe their environment, think disruptively and work as a team to promote their ideas and compete in the national final,” says Heather Feehan, Head of CSR and Organizational Climate at Banco Patagonia .

During the ideation stage, friends, family and the community in general will be able to vote for the project that interests them the most and help them score points for the selection of the finalist projects. They will participate in an online acceleration Bootcamp, which will allow them to prepare for the final online event, in which students will present their ideas in front of a jury of specialists.

The prize for the winning team will be a tablet for each of its members and a Digital Education Kit for their school. In addition, the finalist teams will receive a reusable digital notebook.
