Coronavirus in Chaco: more than two thousand cases remain active

The Ministry of Public Health of Chaco reports that, as of this Sunday, August 22, 2021, 97,583 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been registered, of which 93,079 people have already received clinical discharge and 2,325 cases remain active.

2,179 people died with the diagnosis of this disease and no deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.

Vaccination Campaign

Since December 29, 2020, the Chaco Ministry of Public Health applied a total of 1,006,295 doses of the different vaccines (Sputnik V, Covishield / AstraZeneca, Sinopharm and Moderna) throughout the provincial territory; of which 693,971 correspond to first doses and 312,324 to second doses.

Dengue situation

From January 1, 2021 to date, 308 suspected cases of dengue have been reported, of which 272 yielded negative results, 9 samples are under study and there are 27 probable cases, 6 of them with a travel history.
