They premiere “The Offer”, a series that narrates the behind the scenes of “The Godfather”

The Offer, the biographical series that portrays behind the scenes of the making of Francis Ford Coppola’s classic The Godfather Starring Miles Teller in the role of Albert Ruddy, it will premiere on the Paramount + streaming platform on April 28.

The ten-episode strip, created and written by Oscar and Emmy nominated screenwriter Michael Tolkin (Escape at Dannemora), is based on Ruddy’s experiences during the production of the film, which changed the history of the Italian-American mafia genre and won him an Oscar for best picture in 1972.

English actor Matthew Goode (King’s Man: el origen) also stars in the role of producer Robert Evans, while comedian Dan Fogler (saga Fantastic animals) plays Coppola and American Patrick Gallo (the Irish) to Mario Puzo, the author of the original book that was later brought to the big screen.

Giovanni Ribisi (Saving Private Ryan), Juno Temple (Ted Lasso), Burn Gorman (Enola Holmes), Colin Hanks (Fargo) y Justin Chambers (Grey’s Anatomy) complete the cast.
