A man was arrested on Friday afternoon when he was caught trying to usurp a school in Cerri.
The director of the Center for Agrarian Studies No. 18, contacted the police of that town to report that a man, who was later identified as Emanuel Sonda (30), was usurping a building intended for the caretaker of the property.
The uniformed officers of the General Daniel Cerri Sub-Police Station verified the presence of Sonda in the place and that he had entered by breaking a padlock. Which documentation was required to legally prove his presence did not show any, so he was detained.
Hondas is available to UFIJ Nº15.
The property he was trying to usurp was transferred to the Agrarian Studies Center No. 18 by loan through a municipal ordinance.
