The rector of the National University of Chaco Austral, Abg. Germán Oestmann, together with the vice-rector of the Institution and director of the Chaco Austral Business School (ENCA), Manuel García Solá, met in the Agreement Hall of the Government House of the Province of Chaco with the Governor, Jorge Capitanich, the Minister of Government, Juan Manuel Chapo and the Undersecretary of Government, Raúl Bittel.
The objective of the meeting that took place on Friday was to sign an agreement for the participation of agents of the Provincial State, for the Diploma in Studies on Populisms and Political Identities.
The Diploma, which will begin on September 20 with virtual modality, will last for 11 months, and has already been approved by Resolution No. 238/2021-CS of the University.
The main objective of the course is to strengthen capacities for the analysis of populist (and anti-populist) political experiences and discourses, both classic and contemporary, taking into account the complexities and challenges that such experiences pose.
