The Minister of the Interior submitted his resignation

The Minister of the Interior, Eduardo “Wado” de Pedro, made his resignation available to President Alberto Fernández, when considering the need to “interpret the verdict” of the electorate in the PASO on Sunday, Telam reported.

“Listening to his words on Sunday night, where he raised the need to interpret the verdict expressed by the Argentine people, I have considered that the best way to collaborate with this task is by putting my resignation at your disposal“says the letter presented today to the Head of State.

In his letter, De Pedro stated that “I am hereby motivated to make available to him my resignation from the position of Minister of the Interior of the Nation with which I have been honored since December 10, 2019.”

The letter, dated this Wednesday, has two paragraphs and is signed by the minister, who accompanied his signature with his National Identity Document (DNI) number.
