The blue dollar closed this Wednesday it was traded without changes, trading at 185 pesos. The historical record of the blue dollar remains that of October 23, 2020, when the price shot up to 195 pesos, a value that it did not touch again.
The price of the official dollar closed today at $ 104.63, with a rise of 16 cents in relation to the closing of the day before, while the stock market dollars – counted with liquidation and MEP – operate with increases of up to 0.6%.
Thus, the dollar with a 30% surcharge -considered in the COUNTRY tax-, marked an average of $136,02 per unit; and with the advance on account of the Income Tax of 35% on the purchase of foreign currency, the average value was $ 172.64.
In the stock market, the dollar counted with settlement (CCL) advanced 0.6%, to $ 177.94, while the MEP increased 0.4%, to $ 177.55, in the final section of the wheel.
At wholesale market, the price of the US currency traded with an increase of three cents compared to the previous close, remaining at an average of $ 99.12.
Market sources estimated that the monetary authority ended the day today with a positive balance of around US $ 120 million.
