This is what it looks like when a dust storm swallows an entire city

The increase in the temperature of the Earth is causing serious phenomena, some of them unprecedented in various parts of the planet.

Probably one of the last most spectacular events happened in Sao Paulo. The Brazilian city had several days without rain, which was aggravated by an imposing dust storm that affected the entire town for a few minutes.

Social networks were filled with various videos showing how the dust storm, which at some points exceeded the height of the buildings, swallowed practically everything in its path.

“The huge dust storm, a by-product of the severe drought, is an alarming sign for the ecological health of the area, especially considering the rampant destruction of the Amazon rainforest due to continued deforestation,” says an article published in Futurism.

Some of the images show how the sky was dyed a disturbing red color and the desperation of people trying to flee from the most affected places.

This would be the first time that an event of this type has been recorded in Sao Paulo, for this reason, the authorities and experts have been concerned about what happened.

The strangest thing of all is that after the dust storm it began to rain after the city had to endure more than a hundred days in a worrying drought.

So much rain fell that it ended up wreaking havoc by mixing with the dust and dirt that had brought the first storm.
