Character has the voice of Marina Torres, known for voicing Scarlet Witch and Raven
This Friday (17th), the Riot Games announced another champion for the League of Legends: Nilah, the Unrestricted Joy. In Brazil, the voice of the warrior stayed with Marina Torres, former voice actress of Irélia and famous for voicing iconic characters, such as Scarlet Witch (Wanda Maximoff), in the MCU and Raven, from The Teen Titans.
With a lively and relaxed personality, the new character created through a collaboration between Riot and Little Zoo Studio was featured along with a preview of his abilities on the Summoner’s Rift map.
In the preview revealed this afternoon, the champion still appears equipped with her whip on the Bilgewaterhome of champions like Gangplank, Fizz, Pyke, Miss Fortune, and Illaoi.
From what was revealed in the video, the champion appears to have a long-range basic attack and a lot of movement. Watch the trailer introducing the new champion’s abilities and story below.
Despite already being released, Nilah still doesn’t have a date to effectively arrive in the MOBA, but she will be the next champion to enter the game. It is worth remembering that the last character released in the game was the Bel’Vethwhich arrived earlier this month along with the 12.11 update.

Riot also didn’t reveal which class Nilah belongs to and what her specific abilities are, however, new details and more information about her will be released soon.
