Developed and published by Supergiant Games, Hades is a roguelite game. First released in 2018 in early access, version 1.0 of the software finally arrived in 2020 on PC and Nintendo Switch. In 2021, Hades made itself available on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. This allows many players to embark on the adventure, alongside Zagreus.
However, if you wish to change platform in order to take advantage of the title on another medium, it is advisable to know if Hades is cross-save feature also called cross-progression. Moreover, is it available under conditions?
Hades, the cross-save available?
First of all, remember that the so-called “cross-save” feature, also called cross-progression, allows players to recover their save(s) from a very specific platform in order to import them into another version of a game. This then allows you to keep your progress intact and not lose your advancement. A multitude of games support cross-saving, such as Stardew Valley or even of Destiny 2to cite just two examples.
But is this the case with the roguelite Hades ? The answer is both positive and negative. Indeed, the cross-save was made available, via an update deployed in December 2020, between Nintendo Switch and PC. On the other hand, it is impossible to find its progress, if you migrate from a PC version to the game on PlayStation or Xbox consoles. Moreover, when the announcement of the arrival of these ports, Supergiant Games had indicated in an articleavailable on the official website.
