The Spanish international Ferran Torres is out for the time being. The Manchester City striker injured his foot in the Nations League.

Torres suffered a “small fracture” in his right foot, the English champions announced on Thursday. There was initially no more detailed information about the duration of the downtime.
This means that Torres Spain could also miss out on qualifying for the World Cup in mid-November in Greece and against Sweden. The Iberians are two points behind the leaders from Scandinavia in their group – the direct World Cup ticket, however, is only available to the first place.
Torres is one of the permanent staff under coach Luis Enrique. Last week in the 2-1 semi-final victory in the Nations League against Italy, he had scored both goals. He was also in the starting line-up for the Spaniards in their 2-1 defeat against France in the final on Sunday.
In the Premier League, the 21-year-old has played on the first four match days and scored two goals in a 5-0 win against Arsenal on matchday three.
