Sentenced to 7 and a half years in prison for the assault on a business

Two men were sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison for an assault committed at the beginning of 2019 in a shop in our city.

The ruling, resolved by Criminal Court No. 1, fell on Luciano Emanuel Carriqueo and Esteban David Aguilera.

The alleged events occurred on January 28, 2019, when two people armed with a pistol and a revolver entered the commercial premises called La Cumbre, located in Necochea in 1900, and reduced the owners and four occasional customers.

Under those circumstances they were thrown to the ground and seized a cash register with money and a cell phone.

During the escape, Carriqueo entered a home of Cristo Redentor at 2400, where he left the cash register, and then took refuge in another address in the sector, until they were finally arrested by the police.

The defendants were found guilty of the crime of robbery aggravated by the use of a firearm in a real contest with violation of domicile in the case of Carriqueo
