Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty are called “criminals” in court proceedings

Petty’s alleged rape victim mentioned that he was convicted of first degree manslaughter after his incident with her.

Barbz liked having Nicki Minaj host the “Real Housewives of Potomac” meeting, but her legal problems kept it from happening. Months ago, Jennifer Hough, the woman who was the alleged victim of Kenneth Petty in his rape case, again filed suit against Petty and Minaj. Jennifer claimed that the couple sent people to harass her and claimed to have received threats.

In the 1990s, Hough was 16 years old when he told authorities that Petty raped her. Since then, he has faced charges related to the incident, which he called consensual and later negotiated as an attempted rape, which would lead to 4 years in prison.

In documents allegedly obtained by Radar Online, Hough asked the court “not to allow Petty to delay this case to avoid possible arrest.” Hough claimed that Minaj had sent people to persuade her into her home, and to change her story. She also said that Minaj called her to offer $500,000. Hough refused all requests.

“Mr. Hough lives in constant fear that one of Defendant Maraj’s crazed fans – who incessantly text and threaten her – or one of Defendant Maraj’s associates and Petty, a member of the blood gang, will find her, her children and/or her husband, and seriously injure them or kill them, ”Affirms the process.

The documents also show that Hough said Petty “has a strong incentive to force Hough to recant his report of violent rape and intentionally postpone this case to limit criminal repercussions,” and she added that Petty and Minaj “have a criminal record violent without remorse”.

It brings Petty “convicted of manslaughter in the death of Lamont Robinson after his release from prison for the crime against Hough.” he fulfilled [sete] years in prison after being convicted.

We reported earlier in the news stating that Hough was seeking a default trial after Petty and Minaj failed to respond to the lawsuit. She is seeking $20 million in damages related to harassment, bullying and emotional distress.
