The match will be played this Friday from 7:00 am at the Ahmed Bin Ali stadium, located in the city of Al Rayan, and will be refereed by Guatemalan Mario Escobar.
The Welsh come from a 1-1 draw with the United States, while the Iranians fell to a 6-2 thrashing against England, on the first date in their zone.
The European representative, led by coach Rob Page, will start with the same eleven that matched against the North American team.
Iran, whose coach is the Portuguese Carlos Queiroz, for its part will not be able to count on goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand, who suffered a concussion after colliding with his teammate Majid Hosseini in the opening match and his place will be covered by Seyed Hossein Hosseini.
Group B is led by England (3), while Wales and the United States follow with one point each. Iran closes the table with no units.
