The argument…

An Argentine family of Italian origin lives with a grandmother, known to all as La nona. Despite her advanced age, La nona eats non-stop, while the family struggles with the bills to feed her and at the same time make ends meet financially. The problem that originates from La nona’s voracious appetite increases until it brings the family to the brink of ruin, which begins to look for the most diverse ways to earn money and eventually get rid of the woman.

This work is about the voracity of an insensitive system that eats everything that can be generated by the man worried about his survival. The nona can be read as a microcosm of Argentine society. This amplifies the ironic reception by the viewer for the comic-caricaturesque procedures with a tragic outcome.
