IPV extensions in homes

The first stage of the Mejoro Mi Casa contemplated the construction of 49 interventions of various types, mostly the T4 and T5 typologies. While, for the second stage, the IPV will carry out 103 more improvements in the department of San Carlos.

Typology 4 corresponds to a two-bedroom module with a covered area of ​​23.5 square meters. While T5 refers to a module without divisions and with equal surface than the previous typology.

In all cases, The construction of these extensions is with a seismic resistant reinforced concrete structure.or, brick masonry walls and wooden roof: logs, tongue, thermal insulation and sinusoidal zinc sheet.

The carpentry used is made of wood inside and metal to the outside, with aluminum windows.
