MEXICO CITY.- Araceli Osorio, Lesvy’s mother Berlin Osorio, assassinated in 2017, marched today together with mothers who have lost their daughters during the march of 25N.

Here we are again, we are together because we want to send a message to the institutions and the State, but also to society, ”he said in an interview with Grupo Healy.

Lesvy’s mom fights legal battle for justice

Since then, Araceli has waged a legal battle over bad expert opinions, revictimization and rush for closing the case against which he had to fight until he found justice.

“We have decided to take to the streets to express our anger, our courage, our outrage at the passivity of a State that is not only capable of guaranteeing our lives but none of our rights,” he said.

Araceli is one of the mothers of murdered women in Mexico who fight to obtain justice for their daughters in a Country where 95% of femicides (10 per day) remain unsolved.
