Gusts of wind in Córdoba: capital neighborhoods and towns were without electricity

The gusts of more than a hundred kilometers that were felt this afternoon in Córdoba left several areas of the capital and towns in the interior of the province without power.

Alfredo Camponovo, EPEC spokesperson, reported in dialogue with Cba24n that the most affected area in the capital is the southeast and the periphery. It also clarified that 37 medium voltage distributors were out of service, which represents 10% of the system.

The company also asked residents to avoid manipulating electrical elements that are on public roads. To make the corresponding claim, the 0800-777-0000 and the networks of the state firm are enabled.

In the capital city, Alberdi neighborhood was affected, close to the Police Station, Jardín neighborhood, SEP, Cerveceros, Jardín Horizonte, Tejas II, La Playa II, Marqués de Sobremonte and El Refugio.

While in the interior the power cuts were registered in Bell Ville, La Calera, Marcos Juárez, Villa María, Villa Allende, Villa Carlos Paz, Monte Maíz and Bialet Massé.
