Kim Kardashian shared all the details of how Ye helped design her new brand
Kim Kardashian is one of the busiest figures in the fashion world today, with her clothing brand “SKIMS” and skin care line “SKKN” gaining more notoriety and fame every day. In a recent Instagram video where she showed BTS’ creative process for SKKN, complete with mood boards and packaging templates, Kim talked about how her ex-husband Kanye West provided creative input for their brands.
“And, of course, my creative process would not have been complete, and I always give credit where credit is due, without Kanyewithout Yes“, said the 41-year-old icon. “He brought his team and introduced me to Willow and we came up with the new name, which was actually his idea and the packaging shapes were his and even the fonts he made as SKIMS.”, he said.
It’s interesting to see Kim support Yes for their contributions, especially given their tumultuous divorce proceedings and various battles and controversies on social media. Still, the Kardashian mogul has some controversies to deal with when it comes to SKKN, including a 2021 cease and desist from Beauty Concepts LLC over the brand name and criticism that it’s too similar to Lori Harvey’s “SKN by LH” brand. . .
Some fans even claimed that she only gave credit to Kanye for him to take the blame for these problems. Whatever the case, Kim has given credit where credit was due, and amid so much news about the breakup and how it’s affecting them, at least it looks like they’re there for each other in a business sense.
