Filming for Amazon’s new series Wilderness is set to begin in London this month. Jenna Coleman and Oliver Jackson-Cohen were cast for the lead roles. You play a successful married couple in New York.

Amazon Prime Video has commissioned a new series to be made in the UK, US and Canada. Filming is expected to begin later this month in London. The title of the format is “wilderness“. The two lead roles were joined by Jenna Coleman (The Cry, The Serpent, Victoria) and Oliver Jackson-Cohen (The Haunting of Hill House, “The invisible“) occupied.

Series creator Marnie Dickens (Thirteen, Gold Digger) adapts BE Jones’ 2019 novel of the same name. Directed by So Yong Kim (“Salt‘), while Elizabeth Kilgarriff is also on board as a producer. Firebird Pictures is listed as the studio.

At the center of the story is the British couple Liv (Coleman) and Will (Jackson-Cohen). The two seem to have everything: a solid relationship, health and youth, and a glamorous life in New York – far from their boring rural origins. But then Liv finds out about Will’s affair. Sadness soon turns to anger, leaving revenge as her only option. When Will takes her on a trip to a national park to save their relationship, Liv agrees. But she has her own goals in the wilderness. The picture-perfect marriage turns into a nightmare…
