Covid in Mexico: 4,161,000 new infections and 221 deaths in the last 24 hours

MEXICO CITY.-As of September 13, 2021, Mexico has confirmed 3 million 516 thousand 043 total cases of Covid-19 and 267 thousand 969 total deaths from this disease since the beginning of the pandemic.

This means that in the last 24 hours 4,161 new infections were reported in the country and 221 additional deaths from coronavirus.

According to figures from Daily Technical Report, to the information cutoff this Monday, there are 77 thousand 172 active cases registered with a incidence rate 59.8 per 100,000 inhabitants.

The Ministry of Health indicates that on Sunday 355 thousand 380 doses were applied to add 60 million 921 thousand 470 people over 18 years of age with at least one vaccine, they represent coverage of 68 percent of the adult population.
