The Vaccination Schedule continues its validity in Chile, determining the sectors of the citizenry that can be inoculated against the Covid-19 every day, and that for this Tuesday the 14th, like yesterday, it targets minors.
The campaign led by Ministry of Health has reached 13,770,126 people who have applied a dose (or single dose) against the coronavirus, corresponding to the 87.03% of the target population to achieve herd immunity.
For this, healthy adolescents were also included in the campaign, after the approval of the ISP with the emergency use in our country of the Sinovac formula for older than 6 years.
Who can get vaccinated this Tuesday, September 14?
According to the calendar, in relation to minors, this Tuesday they can be vaccinated with the first dose against Covid-19: adolescents aged 14 and 15, and also 8- and 9-year-old children with specific comorbidities. Both groups will receive Sinovac.
In turn, they will be able to do it people behind from 18 years of age, to whom Sinovac, CanSino or AstraZeneca will apply; and also pregnant women from 16 weeks of gestational age.
