Brest: he gets rid of narcotics after refusing the police check

Tuesday January 11, 2022 at 3:30 p.m., a 21-year-old refused to comply during a check of the crew of the police dog unit, rue de Pen-ar-Menez in Brest.

During his escape on a scooter, he got rid of a sachet containing 30 grams of cannabis and 10 grams of cocaine.

Arrested, he was taken into custody. The search of his home enabled police to find 2 grams of cannabis.

Referred to the prosecution

During his hearing, the man admitted driving without a moped license, but denied possession of narcotics.

His police custody was extended until Thursday, January 13. He was then referred to the prosecution at 11 a.m. He is known to the police.

He should be tried in immediate appearance Friday, January 14 in the afternoon.
