After many months of waiting, Babasónicos returns to the Rosario stages with two performances at the Humberto de Nito Municipal Amphitheater. The appointments will be this Friday and Saturday (with tickets sold out). The band arrives in the city after the release of “La Izquierda de la Noche”, a material that already has its video clip released in October on the YouTube platform, and is described by the group as “an ode to life disappeared night, who resurrects like a Phoenix in hiding ”.
The material was created in the juncture of 2020 and the harshness of the pandemic. The song was recorded and mixed by Gustavo Iglesias, with mastering by Greg Calvi and Steve Fallone, at Sterling Sound Studios (New York, United States).
In this way and with the nocturnal background with small stars that characterizes the art of the single’s cover, the band designed this new tour that will begin in Rosario and will continue with Buenos Aires, La Plata, Córdoba and Mendoza.
At present, Babasónicos is one of the Argentine rock bands with the longest national and Latin American experience, having obtained 11 official published albums and more than 22 years of tours throughout Latin America.
Babasónicos will be presented this Friday and Saturday, starting at 9 pm, at the Humberto de Nito Municipal Amphitheater (Urquiza Park). The first show will feature the opening of the local band Muñecas and the second by Lichi. Tickets are on sale at tuentrada.com
