Ariana Grande invests $5 million to provide free therapy to fans

Ariana Grande is donating $5 million in free therapy.

In honor of World Mental Health Day, the pop icon Ariana Grande is partnering with the Better Health platform to donate $5 million in free therapy to its fans. The Positions singer drew attention to the financial barriers that prevent those in need from seeking help.

“It’s World Mental Health Day and I’m thrilled to be joining BetterHelp again to donate up to $5 million in free therapy,” Grande announced on Instagram. “I recognize that there are very real barriers to accessing mental health resources and although this is only a small gesture (and there remains a much larger systemic problem), I wanted to do it again with @betterhelp in hopes of bringing access to a few more people and maybe inspiring some of you to try something new and prioritize your own healing. ”

Fans can access a free month of therapy on the website. Better Health here. Those who use the discount will also have a 15% discount on the second month. This isn’t the first time Grande has worked with Better Health to provide access to therapy for their fans. In July, she offered fans another $1 million in therapy.
